$190: Intake Assessment (55min)

Please note that I do not accept insurance for Couples therapy. Please reach out with any questions. 

Marathon Couples Therapy 

2-Day Intensive (10-12-hours total) $3000/couple (Assessment & PDF Relationship Tool Kit Included)

3-Day Intensive (14-18-hours total) $4500/couple (assessment & PDF  Relationship Toll Kit Included)

Individual Therapy 

Clientele : Adults (18+) in Arizona

$150: Intake Assessment (55min)

$135: Therapy Sessions (55min)

Insurance 

We accepts most  insurance plans. If using insurance, please reach out to us and we can verify your insurance benefits, copay, and any deductibles. In most cases this is an instant process after setting up your billing portal. 

We are in Network with Aetna/ Blue Cross Blue Shield/ Cigna/ United Healthcare/ Quest Behavioral Health/ Oscar Health/ United Health care Medicaid/ Oxford 

Out of network: For  cash pay clients we are happy to provide a superbill upon request to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Follow up sessions: 

Payment is always due when you arrive for your session. New appointments will not be scheduled with any past due balance. Rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice are due the full fee as insurance does not cover cancellations.
