Yes, I offer complimentary 15-minute introductions, virtually (video) or over the phone. This allows us to get to know one another, see if we might be a good fit, and decide if we would like to proceed with therapy.
Sessions are 50-55 minutes long. We will meet weekly at the same time on the same day. For couples we will meet weekly at first and then decide together on what an appropriate schedule will be that best meets the need for your relationship.
For individuals I use Headway platform to take Aetna, United and Blue cross. For couples I do not take insurance. I can provide you with a superbill (documentation of services) that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note, you should contact your insurance company before our initial session to have a complete understanding of your coverage, reimbursement amounts, deductibles, and policies.
I accept all major credit cards, and HSA cards when applicable. Please be aware that all clients are required to keep a credit card on file and will be charged automatically after each session. I encourage you to review the intake documents for full details on payment and other important practice policies.
I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you plan to miss a session or need to reschedule. There will be a full charge of the session rate for any appointment that is not canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance of the start of the session time.
